青岛中德生态园荣获国内首个DGNB区域认证

 

Sino-German Ecopark achieves the first DGNB Urban District Certification in China

 

 

On 16th November 2018, the German Council for Sustainable Buildings (DGNB) officially issued the first DGNB Urban District Certificate in GOLD to the Sino-German Ecopark in Qingdao.

 

2018年11月16日，德国可持续建筑委员会DGNB正式向青岛中德生态园颁发了国内首个DGNB区域认证金级证书。

 

 

Audited by Rolf Messerschmidt of Eble Messerschmidt Partner Architects from Germany, and Sebastian Schulz of energydesign (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from China, the Ecopark is the first non-European district to achieve the final certificate for districts by DGNB. With a total performance of 71.5% (of 100%), the DGNB Gold status was achieved, setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban development in China.

 

青岛中德生态园是DGNB在欧洲本土以外第一个获得区域认证荣誉的项目，该项目的审核师分别是德国Eble Messerschmidt Partner建筑师事务所的Rolf Messerschmidt先生和设能建筑（上海）有限公司的Sebastian Schulz先生。项目最终总得分71.5%，达到DGNB金级标准，为国内可持续城市和区域发展设立了新的标杆。

 

Outstanding scores were evaluated for the Ecopark’s energy infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, urban design quality, quality of open space, the local urban climate, governance, as well as the overall life-cycle impact of the district. Only through wise planning and well-documented procedures, from the early stages of the concept until the final implementation, it was possible to fulfill the high standards of DGNB.

 

DGNB认证委员会从能源设施、交通设施、区域设计质量、开放空间质量、当地城市气候、综合治理以及全生命周期影响等方面对中德生态园进行了全面评估，并最终给予了非常高的得分。事实证明，从项目方案的起始阶段到最终实施的整个过程中，只有智慧的城市规划和充分完备的管理流程，才能最终实现DNGB认证的高标准。

 

Different from common local practice, the owner, the Sino-German Ecopark United Group Co. Ltd., invested a high amount of time and resources already in the planning and preparation stage of the project. Through well considered choices and with a highly professional attitude for quality and performance, the Ecopark set a new best-practice example for urban districts in China, combining optimal solutions with a truly Sino-German mindset. Almost completely built, the C2 district consists of passive house communities, generous open and green spaces, as well as already the largest DGNB Mixed-Use building complex (DGNB Platinum) in Asia.

 

与通常意义上的本地操作实践不同，业主方中德生态园置业有限公司在项目的规划和准备阶段就投入了大量的时间和资源。他们在该项目上表现出的周详考虑、科学决策、对区域质量和性能表现的高度重视，中德思维碰撞出最佳解决方案，都为国内城市和区域发展树立了最佳实践典范。中德生态园C2岛基本完全建成，涵盖被动房社区、宽敞的开放及绿色空间、以及全亚洲最大体量的DGNB白金认证的多用途建筑综合体。
