此项目的目标是在公私合作模式下，由德国国际合作机构（GIZ）、LUWOGE咨询有限公司（LUWOGE Consult）和其在华代表索杰建筑咨询有限公司（SoftGrid），及设能建筑咨询有限公司 （energydesign）共同建立一个有关中国可持续建筑的数据库和信息交流平台，以助力中国节能和可持续建筑的实现。能力中心将总结和传播可持续建筑、建筑设备以及城市规划领域的优秀实践经验, 来促进中国在可持续工作环境和宜居空间方面的规划设计和建设实践。能力中心的任务包括收集、研究和推广已建成和在建的可持续建筑项目的经验，为新建项目和地方管理层提供咨询，并为专业人士和政府之间的相互交流创造条件。
Brief：
CCSBC is one of the projects under develoPPP.de Programme, which was set up by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The project has the objective to establish a “Competence Centre for Sustainable Building in China” within the public-private partnership (PPP) framework for energy-efficient and sustainable building between GIZ and the consulting firms LUWOGE Consult GmbH (represented in China by SoftGrid (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) and energydesign (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The project will establish and disseminate knowledge based on proven best practice experience in the field of sustainable architecture, building services and urban planning. The goal is to advance planning and construction practices in China to achieve more sustainable and liveable working and living spaces. The tasks of the Competence Centre include collecting, researching and promoting knowledge from already built and new sustainable projects, individual consulting in specific projects and initiatives on local administration levels, as well as professional and political communication.
